"Poor Communication. Angie's List told me this company will call me two days after I purchased the service. Well, guess what? I had to call them after 7 days when no one bothered to call or email me. Poor Service. When the technician came with only 3 small tools in one hand (may be 3 screw drivers) I thought he had no intention of cleaning my furnace according to the contract. True enough, after looking at my furnace and let it run for a few minutes he told me my furnace is defective and needs to be replaced. He was sorry to give me the bad news but he will send me a quote for a brand new furnace system. Well, guess again? The quote never came...no calls, no nothing! He was in and out of my house in less than 10 minutes. That was easy!

I ended up cleaning the furnace myself, thanks to YouTube. Now my furnace is running good and I'm enjoying my warm winter.

There is a good reason for the B Grade for this company. The only reason I hired them is proximity and low price. But as they say: you get what you pay for!
