"From the beginning, my roommate and I were treated very well. We brought a chair cushion and pictures of the chair. The decorator helped us pick out fabrics (not her fault that we have expensive tastes). We purchased the fabric and because it was mid December, we were told that if we were willing to wait until after the holidays they would pick up the chair and return it during the same week.) The chair was picked up on Monday morning, Jan. 9th and returned on Friday morning, Jan. 13. Their work is impeccable. It is a beautiful, very comfortable piece of furniture. When you look at the picture of the chair you will be able to see how beautifully the pattern lines up, which does contribute to both the cost of the material and the construction, but well worth it.
