"Everything about this job from start to finish was amazing! I needed carpets removed and flooring installed due to severe asthma. Ali made sure to obtain materials and have the job completed ASAP! We maintained communication throughout the process and I am thrilled with the final product. Ali was such a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him. Truly excellent customer service and his installation team did a perfect job."

"Pros:
1. Very Responsive
2. Excellent Quality of Work
3. Easy to Work With
Cons:
1. Project took longer than expected
2. Project cost more than anticipated
Summary: On a Roll did a great job overall, and I would use them again. We had other quotes which were lower in cost but we decided to go with On a Roll regardless. Just be aware that you will need to be willing to give them the time needed to finish the job, and you will not be going with the lowest cost option. But in the end you get what you pay for and they will always pick up the phone when you call."

"Jeff came promptly to inspect the ceiling damage from a fallen tree limb, provided a verbal estimate (followed by a written estimate). The job was done professionally with a minimum amount of mess and inconvenience."

"They were total professional. The people working in my house did a wonderful job. The whole job was more involved than expected but was handled with ease. My whole house interior was patched, sanded and beautifully painted. Lights were installed and curtain rods and huge paintings were hung. Just amazing!"

"Did an excellent jog installing the floor."

"Installation went on without a hitch, however it has been about 3 month since the installation and we are starting to notice some issues with the installation (waves on the floor from the adhesive, some edges not fully glued down). We are waiting a little bit longer before we contact Empire concerning the installation. On the other hand the vinyl quality is great and we love the look and feel of the floor."
