He not only replaced the tank .. he repiped the inlets/outlets where the previous local company who serviced the tank had done it wrong. Before removing the old toilet, water was removed from the tank and bowl, and then placed the toilet in large plastic bag. He fixed the old pvc opening and inserted a metal bracket for the new flange. He carefully assembled and installed the new toilet. You can tell the plumber takes pride in his work. He left the bathroom very clean."

"literally the worst. we decided to go with this company, pay a little more, to ensure we would be provided a seamless installation of our new HVAC system and it has been nothing but issues for the past 2 weeks. we’ve had a total of 5 technicians come out on 3 separate occasions, only to leave our house with 3 separate issues that are still not all resolved. the communication has essentially bee nonexistent. i still havent received a call for follow up on the issues we experienced last Wednesday. Do yourself a favor and go with another more reliable, trustworthy company that will listen to their customers and put their customers first."
