"They're probably the best company that I have ever worked with and would definitely work with them again. The job was done practically in the middle of a snow storm. The truck that was delivering the sun room was held up somehow in the snow storm. So the owner, the president of the company, was here between 2 and 3 in the morning to take delivery of the truck. I almost fell over, I couldn't believe it. He was out there just before dawn arranging the pieces so his people could come right in and work the next day. They're marvelous people. After all these years, and I haven't done another thing with them, I keep getting calls from them, "How is it doing? How is it doing? Anything you would like to ask?" The work is excellent. They were here for three days. Every person there was someone that I would trust to come into my house. That never happens. But they were here for three days, they didn't goof-off. They knew their job and they did their job. Then the boss came back to make sure that I was happy. I would like them to put another sun room on the other side of the house."

"There are three things that money cannot put a price on and that are Professionalism, Customer Experience, and Quality of Work. HomeGroup LLC has set the bar that all other contractors need to look up to and then HomeGroup LLC has proceeded to go beyond that bar. The communication was very prompt and immediate. The professionalism goes without question. The quality of work goes beyond expectations. Homegroup LLC installed all new laminate flooring, made a pass-through in my kitchen wall, spackled and painted my whole house. I could not believe how amazing the job came out; it was like walking into a brand new home all over again. I received text messages of pictures daily as the work was being performed showing me the process of the project. They showed up on time and did exactly what was discussed. Scheduling the job was a breeze. I felt comfortable leaving my keys with HomeGroup LLC for them to do their work. There were multiple things we wanted to do additionally that we did not have the budget for at this time but definitely will be looking back to Homegroup LLC for any future work. Homegroup LLC was extremely flexible I have also referred HomeGroup LLC to many people in the area and at my job. "I hired Window & Door Outlet to replace nearly all of the windows in my home. Sam was very helpful and not at all pushy. After shopping around I went with Window & Door Outlet as the Sunrise Windows that they sell seemed to have some of the best performance characteristics, warranty, and overall positive reviews. The price was also very competitive. Installation of 25 or so windows took 2 days and was scheduled 2-3 weeks after the order was placed, just as anticipated. I was very pleased working with Sam and the ordering process but the installation has some room for improvement. The installation crew was not Window & Door employees, which I was not aware of. They didn't do a great job protecting and dented or loosened a handful of the window sills as they pryed out the old windows. They also left bits or insulation, vinyl, and shards of glass in the yard. They got the job done and were friendly but there is room for improvement. Also as an FYI.... I opted to get low-e glass since the additional cost was minimal. The low-e coating that Sunrise uses is not great visually (in my opinion). It has a pronounced green tint to it, though others may not find the tint to be an issue. We're getting used to it. In the photo the left window is an original window that hadn't been replaced yet and the right is the new Sunrise window with low-e coating. Overall I was pleased with Window & Door Outlet and would use them again as well as recommend them to others, though request a different installation company."
