"Reasonably well, once the boss arrived. They charge by the truckload, at $600 per truckload and send a crew of three guys. When they started, they were not packing the truck tightly at all and my wife mentioned this to them. The initial crew was college kids working for the summer, and they told her that there was no reason for them to pack it any tighter! When my wife poitned out the obvious, that it was costing us more and that she wanted them to re-pack, the crew leader suggested calling the boss, and my wife readily agreed. When he arrived he was courteous and professional and made a deal with us to charge for no more than two and one-half truckloads. This seemed reasonable to us. They guys were then very helpful and courteous as they worked to throw out our old refrigerator/ freezer, which took some doing. They arranged for the recycle guy to come and pick up the metal appliances.
They also came back the following morning as promised to pick up remaining items. The crew leader told us that if they forgot anything, to call them and it would be part of the job. When I discovered that they (and me) forgot about items on the outside side of their house, I called and left one message asking them to return, but they did not. I did not call them again, as we were caught up in more moving details. I felt that they did a reasonable job, but I wish they would have done so from the start without prompting -- I had several harried, excited phone calls from my wife while I was driving to our NJ home.
The boss/ owner is good -- I recommend dealing directly with him if possible, and otherwise escalating to him if issues arise.
They did make themselves available on one day's notice, when we needed them -- our initial plans for clean-out fell through, and they had the crew at our place the next day. This is appreciated.

He was always available in the case we had questions and made sure to keep us updated on progress. Going into this we had received quotes from several contractors and Paragon came in the lowest. "I did not use Scotts Fence- he was not competative  with his price .  I was trying to match the color of my neighbor's fence which was a khaki color,  he kept referring to the color he would get us as sand and beige so I was not sure he had the same color.

shortly after I confirmed I wanted to hire them.John came to give

The men clearly were used to trimming hollys which was a relief since I
have not been able to find any tree companies in the past 15 years who
even wanted to do it. One man climbed into the holly while another
worked from the ground with the long clippers.  Everything went smoothly
and all degree was removed.

"I had a great experience with Infinity Fence. We needed to replace a mix of chain link and wood fence that were both rusty and/or falling apart.
