We are remote investors from out of town, and he took full advantage of that by providing lackluster work that looked complete for the 1st two houses, but after review and use, it turned out to be terrible disasters. He cut so many corners leaving us unable to explain everything he did wrong within the 999 letters that we're limited to in this review. We ultimately ended up having to fire him during the third project after his own employee called us to let us know how many corners he was cutting. We got an outside inspector to visit the property and he confirmed that Andrew was using novice workers, failed to oversee them, and continued to tell us that everything is going great. Burn through all of our money and it nearly resulted in us going bankrupt. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
