"Old sump had fried without our knowledge and basement acquired water. Had NO clue on how to replace/reinstall the replacement pump we purchased or hook it up, so we called Dependable. "Well if your looking to get ripped off by someone, call My Plumber. We never got an estimate of how much the job was going to cost, he fixed our well but charged us triple the price that it should have cost. I should have asked the locals that live here about him. After talking to some of them, they said that's what he does, OVERCHARGE YOU for the job he does. Do your homework before hiring him."
