"The project went well, however, I think that if a testing of the units was made after the installation, the repairman wouldn't have had to return twice. Partly because the pipes were not initially installed correctly by the builder, but the mechanism "dial" on the tub faucet was put in upside down. In the end it worked out. Gene was polite and amicable. Customer Service helped rectify the problem by the next morning. Mistakes happen. I wish he would have checked his work prior to leaving."
