The only one that mentioned I may have issues with my rafters was Beau Ragsdale of Ragsdale Roofing and Innovations. He was patient, he listened to and addressed all of my concerns. Our roof was only 6 years old but the last company did a crap job so there was more damage and damage from wind than we knew. We had a lot of issues, we had to get a complete tear down to the rafters. My husband took off work so he could observe and advise. Beau Ragsdale and his three 5 man crews, they knocked out my 3700 square feet doublewides in 2 days working sun up till sun down. Hard workers, they did a wonderful job! Beau also gives a 10 year workmanship warranty, most companies only gave 2 or 3 years. I also called my home owners' insurance company and they helped out so don't forget to call them."

We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level.
