"It went great! They were very professional and were here when they said they would be and cleaned up behind themselves. We did have a minor leakage problem with the first rain, but we called and they were back here within a couple of days to fix the problem and we have had no leakage since. I was impressed that they handled the call back so quickly, which to me, says a lot about their integrity. The company that did our original waterproofing has left Kentucky and our "lifetime" transferable warranty is now void, so having been burned once we were a bit leery, but they proved to be a very reliable company. "These guys are total professionals. We were very concerned about severe bowing and cracked foundation concealed behind an interior facade wall. They braced the house up for safety, took out the old wall, braced the foundation, installed drain pipe and sump pump, installed waterproofing material in less than a week. It was a big job, and they faced delays beyond their control due to supply chain issues (COVID/Russia) and we're thankful that they stayed with it, and saw it through with persistence and grit. When they found the foundation had worsened since the estimate, they did not waste time in recommending additions to the original estimate in order to ensure the work would last and the house would be safe. In addition, it was a very messy job and they managed to leave everything better than they'd found it, by the end. Their competitive pricing, responsive timeline, warrantee, detailed estimate, and attention to detail stood out above all the others we interviewed. We would definitely hire these guys again."

He looked at our property, we had some steps that were eroding and we don't need their services at all. He suggested getting a general contractor and rerouting the water away from our house, the drainage. It was good. It was just an estimate, so there wasn't a charge. Since he couldn't see anything that they could do, then there was no charge. He was very helpful and honest. He was very knowledgeable and I felt he knew what he was talking about.
