Guaranteed for 150 m.p.h winds and two inch hail. Special thanks to Melodie who sold us the roof and to Austin who performed the engineering and ordering of all the metal. They took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and watch the crew install the roof. It wasn't an easy roof to replace. Very steep with three dormers and two bay windows. The crew had to get creative on the bay windows but they made them look nice and they are water-tight. They did what they said they would do and the roof looks gorgeous. He called within ten minutes said he would be there at a certain time he was here at that time. They are knowledgeable he was complete and gave us a quote quickly. They also took care of everything including the work permit and engineer. Every time we called he was there they went above and beyond I cannot say how lucky we were to find such a honest, and hard working group of guys who came to our aide when we were desperate for our home to be repaired. It was a huge undertaking as the leaks were starting to do damage to the inside second floor areas. We did have a lot of rain this summer that put our project back a bit further than we were hoping. They found additional damage during the process, Waters worked the insurance, we dealt with insurance very little.
