He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. "No phone number that I could find that would get a person on the phone. Was redirected to website. Scheduled appointment online. The electrician that arrived smelled and looked horrible. He smelled like he had smoked 10 cigarettes just prior to arriving and my house smelled for hours after he left. He arrived in a dirty hoodie and casual clothes, not professional at all. He checked my outlets. Did not provide a receipt or bill. Just took my credit card via his phone SQUARE charger and then I was texted a "receipt" that just showed the amount. I cannot use this as a receipt. I called and emailed the company for a proper receipt and never heard back."
