"Dave works on regular *and* manufactured homes, and I live in a manufactured home as a retiree. Not all plumbers do this work, it's a little different from regular homes. He and his assistant are prompt, courteous, careful, explain what they recommend and why, are efficient and tidy - and charge reasonable fees, no pressure."

Itâ s clear that his work ethic was developed due to his military service (specifically his tour of duty in Afghanistan). Several other specialists listed on Home Advisor didnâ t bother to provide quotes from on-line requests, and my follow-up phone calls were never received.
