The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. "Unfortunately, Mr. Holdridge suffered an accident on another job before he was able to give me a bid or estimate for the job he assessed for me. After the accident, he never got back to me after several attempts to contact him. I wanted to see if his workers could do one of the projects which required minimal design and materials so I could place my above ground pool for my son's 21st birthday party. I would then wait for the rest of the projects until he recovered. I was so excited to work with him due to his design ideas matching so close to what I had in mind. I was so disappointed not to hear anything back from him. I have since searched out another landscaper for my projects, but it is difficult due to the late timing of the season.
