"The A Plus sales rep was very helpful in helping select the proper carpet material for the application. The sales rep that provided the quote did a very thorough job anticipating the cuts required to complete the installation. The installation team arrived on the agreed upon day at the agreed upon time. The installation team worked very hard tearing out the old carpet and thresholds. They then did an excellent job cutting and stretching the new carpet. I was very pleased with the finished product. I would say that A plus prices are competitive, but not necessarily the lowest. The extra money provides insurance that the company will provide high quality goods, high quality workmanship and will stand behind their work."

"I HAVE HIRED ULTIMATE CARPET CLEANERS TWICE TO HAVE MY CARPETS CLEANED. THEY ARE A SMALL COMPANY, BUT GIVE THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. THEY ARE HONEST ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS THEY MAY HAVE. ONE SPOT ON THE CARPET WAS NOT OUT COMPLETELY, AND THE OWNER, STEPHAN, NOT ONLY TOLD ME ABOUT IT, BUT TOLD ME WHAT TO DO THE NEXT DAY TO COMPLETE THE CLEANING AND LEFT A WHITE TOWEL TO DO IT. "Their rep was extremely helpful in selecting a color and figuring out the best width of carpet to minimize seams that might trip one of our little kids. The only problem was that their rep had said the installers would glue the wooden strips to our concrete basement floor. The installers showed up and started hammering them into our concrete basement floor, which is not ideal. Apparently gluing the wooden strips requires doing the glue requires coming one day, and then coming another day to actually put down the carpet. Hopefully the nails in the concrete floor won't cause moisture problems... Otherwise they were great; the result looks great."

"Adrian and his assistant, Andrew, proved once again that Normandy Carpet is an exceptional, high quality service. I needed two easy chairs, a love seat, a couch, and two silk-covered swivel chairs cleaned, as well as my den carpet which receives a lot of foot traffic via the garage and outdoors. One of the silk chairs had an olive oil stain,which now would not be noticed at all, thanks to Adrian's fine attention. The den carpet looks like new and everything else benefited from the cleaning, including a raft of pillows, cleaned at no extra charge. Normandy's prices are extremely reasonable. Their servicemen are very courteous and professional. The quality of work and care is exceptional. I've been a very happy customer since 2009."
