They have sent out a team on their dime, to help seal parts of the roof and chimney that were not necessarily under their original contract to handle and even fixed things from the inside to give my family the most assuring home preventive measures were taken and would last for as long as we own the home. A couple of days ago, after a few weeks of strong gusts of wind, the owner himself, Matt, came out to fully inspect, find the plausible cause, and stayed to fix the damage caused by mother nature's force impaling a branch thru a softer part of the roof.
