"We are incredibly grateful to Pedro Galvan and his team for stepping in during a moment of urgent need. When our hot water system suddenly failed, leaving us without hot water for daily essentials, Pedro responded with a level of professionalism, clarity, and compassion that is truly rare. From the very first call, Pedro was attentive, transparent about pricing, and committed to solving the problem quickly. He provided us with the most cost-effective and honest quote out of several we obtained—and, even more importantly, was able to come almost immediately when others could not. His workmanship was precise, efficient, and tidy. It was clear we were in the hands of someone who genuinely takes pride in his craft. In a world where so many service professionals overpromise and underdeliver, Pedro Galvan delivers exactly what he promises—and does so with warmth, integrity, and a deep respect for his clients. "I rarely feel moved to write a review, but definitely felt the need to write one for In & Out Plumbing for their top notch service!  I called in the morning to set up an appointment for an estimate,  and they squeezed me into their schedule just a few hours later.  My problems were: (1) a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink, (2) a clogged bathroom sink, and (3) extremely loud and abrasive noise of unknown cause emanating from the garbage disposal.  Manny showed up on time.  He spent just a few minutes inspecting each of the issues I pointed out, and fixed each one in mere seconds.  He was friendly and worked quickly.  Very competent.  To my pleasant surprise, he did not charge me for his time -- talk about building up goodwill!  I will not hesitate to call In & Out Plumbing for all of my plumbing issues I have in the future!  Thank you In & Out Plumbing!"

"New water heater was installed and the old one taken away all in a couple hours time. The work was done perfectly and the price was very good. I would definitely hire him again."

"Called Trio Heating on a late Friday afternoon and they sent out two technicians (Jose & Dallin) the next morning to fix a gas heater that would not turn on. Their communication from beginning to end was great. They sent me a text 45 minutes before their arrival time and I was able to track their ETA which was extremely helpful. They explained to me what the issue was. I was able to run out and buy a new thermostat for them to install. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and put everything back together. They also typed up everything they worked on and took multiple detailed photos of the unit and emailed 10 minutes after they left. I think what they charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. I really appreciated not being charged a higher fee for coming out on a weekend. Will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!"
