He explained to how the estimate proposal worked as well as the possible charges if I moved forward with completing the job. He immediately scheduled me and gave a time frame of arrival. Pavel arrived sooner than expected, which was a plus, he got to diagnosing the problems. He explained clearly what the issues were and estimated cost of resolution. And gave tips on what to look out for in the future. He fixed issues with the lighting in both the refrigerator and freezer and he completed the refrigerant levels. He even swept behind the appliance as it is difficult to do on a regular basis because of its position. Great job, definitely recommend and will use this service again."
