"If you are looking for an extremely professional and efficient flooring company, please do yourself a favor and give Ali a call. Once we got a quote (which was extremely competitive with Empire and way cheaper than Home Depot), our carpet was ordered and installed in about a week. It was amazing how fast everything moved! The installers were able to remove and install my entire upstairs in about 6 hours (five bedrooms, landing and stairwell). Throughout it all, Ali was courteous, professional, and accommodating. The installers even fixed our squeaky floorboards before laying the carpet down, which no other company was willing to do. Thank you so much Ali and team for an amazing job, we love our carpet!!"

"There are two parts to our purchase with Floors Direct. The first is the initial contact and subsequent visits. We were referred through Angie's List to Jose at Floors Direct. He was AMAZING. There wasn't a request he couldn't handle, there wasn't an impatient bone in his body and he was ALWAYS there to talk to us. We wanted hardwood floors throughout the first floor of our home, replacing carpet. He showed us hardwood and laminate floors, taking us through the pros and cons of each. We eventually decided on laminate floors. Jose gave us Floors Direct's best estimate and we paid a down payment. About a week after, we learned of tile floors that LOOKED like hardwood. Jose said he had them in stock. We quickly picked out what we wanted and Jose reconfigured our entire order as well as our schedule to install the new tile. He did it with a smile. If everyone in business was as polite, courteous and respectful as Jose, the world would be a great place.  <br /> Unfortunately, not everyone associated with Floors Direct is like Jose. The actual installers of our floor did their job but didn't make clear what their schedule was. Our tile was delayed, so they spent considerable time just lounging in our yard on the first day of work. We had a large entertainment center that they were paid to move -- they didn't even try to move it until five days into the project and when they tried they decided not to do it, which altered how they would install tile around the entertainment center. Worst of all, they left messes everywhere in our house, including our garage, back yard and bathroom (eww). Their inability to not clean up after themselves made our house smell and our yard messy. When these issues were brought up to Ramon, who was in charge of the installation, he acted as if he couldn't care less. He took his check (which there was a miscommunication on) and left. Jose apologized profusely for Ramon and his workers but couldn't do anything more about it.  <br /> Ultimately our floors look great, so through all of the problems we still got what we wanted. The bottom line is that Jose and the folks at Floors Direct are great -- they deserve an A! But their workers left a lot to be desired. They deserve a C. Average it out to a B. <br />"

"Jack's work is excellent! He cleaned my old carpets exceedingly well, and they look the best they have looked in ten years! In addition, he was meticulous and expert in patching a portion of carpet that my puppy had destroyed. Jack takes great pride in his work and it shows. I give him the highest recommendation."

"We've worked with Greg before when we remodeled our upstairs bedroom, loft, and stairway. He did a really good job then and we hired him again to install all new hardwood in the downstairs level of our home. Greg and his assistant(s) got us on his schedule promptly and was always on time and very professional. We are thrilled with the outcome and would whole heartedly recommend him. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, but we're run out of carpeting and have all our hardwood needs fulfilled. He was great to work with !!!"

I was amazed how much considerably lower the quote was in comparison to other quotes I received. I learned Costco contracts Kuhn Flooring to complete floor projects here in South Florida. It was a pleasure to work with Kuhn Flooring to complete my home floor project. I met with Brad, the consultant, to discuss my project needs. Brad was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He extended a tremendous amount of patience and offered invaluable advice to ensure I was satisfied. Brad even took the time to drop off a sample of the product for my consideration. What impressed me most about Brad was his diligence and timely follow through. He promptly returned calls and text messages, as well as ensured the established estimated timeline for completion of the project was met. The installers were equally impressive. They arrived at my home on time as scheduled. They were very organized, friendly, and worked diligently throughout the two days it took to finish the project. It is difficult to completely express how happy my wife and I are with our new vinyl laminate floors. Our home has a more elegant and clean look.
