"Extremely well informed and prepared, the team came in on both jobs and performed the tasks very efficiently. We could not have been happier with the results of each job. The hardwood floors were sanded and gaps filled, floors cleaned, stained , and finally sealed. The job took about 3 days because stair treads were added, a portion of the kitchen had to have wood replaced because of prior water damage, and quarter round was stained and installed. The floors look brand new! The other home had carpet on top floor in four bedrooms and closets which was removed, floors prepared, and luxury vinyl wood-look installed all in one day! Very professional work, beautiful clean up job and disposal of all materials that were removed from floors. This is a top notch contractor who knows flooring, hardwood, and construction. He has excellent people skills and manages the team effectively and efficiently to get the job done the best way possible. We highly recommend using this company for all flooring needs! "Owner Trent listened to my plan for the project, and didn’t try to change the plan to make it easier on him. This was a 24x24 low-rise, freestanding deck with handicap ramp and trex-style decking. He gave accurate estimates, with no gotchas or surprises. After the planning phase, he was punctual every day of the project. Supplies were planned out and delivered on time with no dead time. He did not rush the project or do cheap construction or fabrication. His cuts are accurate, no large or uneven gaps, and the deck is sturdy with no squeaks or bounces. This is the company you want for your deck or porch project. The owner is the installer and the quality shows."

"Williams sent an estimator to my home, on time and with a very professional check list, card and set of questions. I believe that that would do an excellent job. They were the first quote I received and the price shocked me. However, I got three other quotes in the following week and they all clustered at about half the price I received from Williams. Needless to say, I went with another painter. I emailed Williams and explained why I would not be using their service but got no further reply."

"We are very satisfied with the completed project. The workers were skilled and easy to communicate with, and patient with changes and delays caused by us as the project developed. It was necessary to raise the floor level of the porch a couple of inches to match the indoor floor level, and to adjust for the slight slope in the porch floor. That was done expertly and the finished hardwood floor is perfect in both areas. The sunroom is great and much more functional than a screened porch in Washington’s climate. The insulated glass does an excellent job of keeping both hot and cold out. The original ceiling was kept (our preference), and they added insulation above it. On the down side, better and more complete drawings of the kitchen plan would have been helpful to avoid some minor misunderstandings, delay, and changes. Remodel USA does not have a showroom, and it took some time to receive cabinet samples. We were left on our own to find a place to see the cabinet hardware from the catalog that we were asked to choose from. The tile distributor they work with (Sita Tile) has a good showroom and selection. Some of the drywall finishing was less than satisfactory and painting is specifically excluded in the standard contract, but these were both easy enough to take care of afterward. Flexible ducting rather than the recommended rigid pipe was used to connect the exhaust fan to the original exhaust location, even after mentioning this when seeing the flexible duct package on the floor. I can't give a rating for punctuality, because we had the luxury of not needing the work to be completed quickly. The project was a bit delayed in starting, but then once started it went well, not counting some delays that were caused by us while we made final material choices."

"They did good on painting and floor installation. However when finished they didn’t put the wall plate covers and door stoppers that was removed back on. They gave a quote for everything that I needed done but then came back with a different quote and reasoning. There was just a lot of miscommunication on pricing and material. They had me to order more mixed paint than was needed. Other items that weren’t needed."
