".It was low bidder of four quotes I obtained. Mr. Santos Alveras was very professional and he and his working crew performed well. On day one they removed the asphalt drive. On day two, they installed the forms and rebar. On day three the concrete was delivered and the crew worked continuously to spread and screed it. When it set up a bit, the crew used rubber pads to impress the pattern I selected into the surface of the concrete. On day four a second team arrived to saw cut the slab and to apply a sealer, thereby finishing the job. I am very satisfied with the results."

"I think the finishing around the window could've been a little bit nicer. Our basement isn't really finished. It still the brick wall, cement wall.It just seems like it could've been finished off more than it was. They were quick. I didn't see a lot of debris or anything. I know sawing through cement can be messy but they seemed to be very clean and efficient. They were out here pretty quick. We checked around and they were very reasonable."
