"The plumber from Randy Lane did a good job of the plumbing work and also a very good job of explaining what he was doing. Our house is fairly old and a lot of sections of copper pipe were corroded. As we can not afford to do all of them at once, we had to replace just the pipes and sections that are most corroded and/or leaky. The plumber helped me prioritize which sections should be re-piped now, and which ones could reasonably be watched and replaced in the future. He explained this clearly and without pressure, then when I decided on the best approach he got to work on it. As always, I have confidence in the work that was performed by Randy Lane. Over the years at our previous house and our current one, we've had several different plumbers from Randy Lane perform various types of plumbing work for us, and the work has always been quality. I highly recommend this company.

They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. ALL I ASK FOR IS TO MY SHOWER TO BE FIXED, so it works, and doesn't leak for close to the original price given, $400 ------ not hundreds and hundreds of dollars more for additional things all around the house I can't afford right now, and don't need right now, after any "I cannot touch faucet or turn valve" forty-five minute "safety check" . I Just asked for a different plumber than the last one and a price quote. - Someone called me seven days later and left a message they would call back within 24 hours. - still waiting today past that time, - left her my cellular number too. "Envirobate did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional and hard-working. Juan was the lead on the job, and he was great. He told me everything that he was going to do, and then did it. Clean-up was well done, too. I also liked it that Tim, the salesman, gave me an option of doing the demolition myself, or having them do it. I chose to have them do it, and I was glad I did. The one thing that went wrong wasn't their fault. When the dumpster was delivered by another vendor, they damaged my new front step and my sump-pump pipe. Envirobate took responsibility for it, even though it wasn't their doing, and allowed me to take the cost of repairs off of my bill. Tim also informed me that they would definitely look at getting another dumpster supplier if they didn't do a better job. I liked his commitment to good customer service."
