The one thing that went wrong wasn't their fault. When the dumpster was delivered by another vendor, they damaged my new front step and my sump-pump pipe. Envirobate took responsibility for it, even though it wasn't their doing, and allowed me to take the cost of repairs off of my bill. Tim also informed me that they would definitely look at getting another dumpster supplier if they didn't do a better job. I liked his commitment to good customer service."
