"Scott, Mario, and Connor did a great job helping me out. Mario came to my rescue during my emergency on a Saturday morning very quickly. Scott organized the replacement and repair work for only a few days later and then called me right away when they had a cancellation to fit me in the Monday morning after. Mario and Connor did a great job with the replacement work and took the time to show me how everything was working once finished. Then Scott called me shortly after they left to follow up with me. He was very pleasant to deal with over the phone. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again."
