"I HAD NOT EVEN GOTTEN OFF THE INTERNET BEFORE THEY CALLED ME TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. I RECEIVED AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS GOOD FOR ME AND THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY HAD THE PART I NEEDED WITH THEM AND REPAIRED MY HOT WATER HEATER VERY QUICKLY AND FOR A REASONABLE AMOUNT. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE."

We discussed the problem I was having, and they gave me several ideas to try to get my A/C unit running properly before actually coming to take a look. I ended up taking their suggestions - cleaning the unit and blowing out the drain line - which resolved the issue. I appreciate and respect a company willing to provide a few troubleshooting/DIY tips before being eager to charge a service fee. Will definitely call in the event I need help in the future."

"Curtis called me back right away and had come for an estimate before any other company had even called me back. He was very good about communicating with me and had the work completed within one week of my call. We haven't had a huge rain since the repair work was done, but all looks good and I'm confident that the leak is patched.
