Just days after closing on our “new to us” home, Bobby got to work immediately. Bobby stayed on schedule and was here everyday when he said he would be. The job took about a week in all. However, we did have Bobby refinish the entire downstairs of our 4100 sqft home along with 18 stairs. He helped with custom blending the exact finish we wanted and applying the correct sealant. He really did go above and beyond working with our special circumstances as we have two large “high maintenance” inside dogs. Bobby’s excellent Customer Service didn’t end when the last coat was applied. He came back after all of the work was completed, ensured that his work exceeded our expectations, and provided tips to protect our “New Floors.” We would recommend Bobby to ANYONE considering a flooring project."
