"George came to price an outlet installation for my new washer. He was so direct and honest and reasonable that I hired him to do it on the spot. Two weeks later the light in my bathroom ceiling fan went out. I called him to come out and instead he diagnosed the problem (correctly) through text and led me through some simple steps to fix it. If I could cook like my mother I would have baked him a pie. Instead I'm writing this review so that everyone knows what a great electrician and person George is."

"We loved working with Steve. He was very helpful in assisting us in picking just the right lights for the project. He pays great attention to detail, and talked to us all throughout the installation, to be sure he was doing the work we wanted. He does excellent work and we are most pleased with the result and will use him again for future projects."

"I contacted PW DiMasi by email about installing an LED strip light in my master bath. He answered promptly and we agreed on a date for the work to be done. The electrician came on time, did the work quickly and cleaned up the area after finishing the job. The price was reasonable."

"Scott is excellent to work with in all aspects of electrical. I am a general contractor and Moses Electric has done all my electrical for the past 12yrs. I look to no one else. From the non working outlet or switch, to service upgrades, underground work, data, fire alarm panels, low voltage, new construction, remodeling, troubleshooting, all the way to 3 phase industrial and commercial work. Scott has been along side me for all aspects of the electrical work and never skipped a beat. I have full confidence to refer Moses Electric to my own clients, friends and family. Knowing when I pass his name along it will not come back to me with a negative effect. Always happy clients every time, in addition to being clean in all aspects of presentation and workmanship. I am not biased because I am in the trades. We rely on referrals and relationships to provide our living so there is no benefit to saying what isn't true. "Great company to deal with. Provided a detailed quotation, worked diligently to schedule the job quickly, electricians arrived on time and completed the installation seamlessly, as two of the outlets were a bit tricky to access. Would hire them again without reservation."

"My condo association used Mulligan for some much-needed exterior repairs and painting on a three-story, three-unit Victorian home.  The house is large and very high (too high for a 40-foot ladder) and has 6 different colors (two body colors, trim, two accents, and porch ceilings), and the painters were working off of color maps that were created by a historic house color consultant we hired separately.  There is also no yard and very little space between our house and the neighbors (at the back of the house, none at all).  This was not an easy thing to do.  Team Mulligan did an absolutely wonderful job for a competitive price and I would recommend them to anyone.  Our house looks amazing.
We got a number of bids to have this work done.  Gerry's bid was neither the lowest nor the highest.  Gerry and Kyle were very responsive before and during the work and took the amount of detail we were demanding in stride with no problem.  They were also able to change some plans midstream (due to our own errors) with little extra cost.  The entire crew was always very polite and respectful.
We worked primarily with Gerry; he and his son Kyle were on-site all day every day of the job, which took two full weeks including a weekend, not including the scaffolding they put up a few days beforehand.  They paid amazing attention to detail, carefully covering our flower beds and making sure no paint chips got on the neighbor's property.  They used our basement as a staging area and left it neater than when they arrived.  They also took the time to do all the needed repairs in a careful, workmanlike manner before priming painting, so we are confident that the work was worth the price and will keep looking good.
