"Excellent service. I had a sump pump system put in 10 years ago by Rescon. Never had any problems with it, worked great. This weekend with all the rain the pump stopped working. I called there emergency line and a service technician called me back in less than an hour. They were at my house in less the 2 hours fixing my pump. They did charge me an emergency dispatch fee for the service call but I guess that s expected on a weekend. Overall it was excellent service and I am very happy I chose this company."

The whole time he was friendly and informative. It didnâ t matter the time of night it was, he was determined to fix the issue. He was repairing in a way that would keep the cost down. Derek even took the effort to double check from the opposite end in my house to make sure it was up to his standards. Sam, my comfort advisor was very knowledgeable, and I appreciated his low pressure presentation. Once the work was booked, because our installation was complex, Joe came out and came up with a plan to vent the exhaust on the side of my house to minimize the number of pipes on the front of my house. The installation went very well, and they installed a temporary water heater so we were only without hot water for less than a day.
