"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

"I called and they were here in about 40 minutes after the call. They did a great job. spend about 20-25 minutes checking and inspecting, including cleaning the parts of the gas fireplace, and they were very careful of my floors and rugs, they were very neat and tidy, put down cover to protect everything. The charge was a bit high compared to other service providers but they were very thorough and they even went outside to check the chimney and the vents. They made some suggestions or recommendation to seal the chimney top. I would definitely hire them again in the future."
