"Troy was great. He and his wife contacted me just minutes after I made an inquiry into plumbing contractors in my area. He tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone prior to making the visit to my house. This just showed me his integrity and that s someone I can trust. Very personable and professional. Explained multiple options to resolve my plumbing issue and then he went to work and did an incredible job. Felt his pricing was spot on for the service and deliverable! Had a leak in my Kitchen faucet, so he made sure he reached out to the manufacturer who sent the parts for free since it was covered and once he got the part , scheduled a time and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. he is my go to man for any plumbing work as he knows what needs to be done and does so very efficiently."
