"Rob and his team are fantastic to work with! We recently bought and renovated our home, and they made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They always showed up on time, sometimes even early and could handle anything we threw at them. Any time my spouse and I hit a renovation roadblock, we joked that it was no problem because Rob and his crew (shout out to Luis) could fix it. They helped us remove old kitchen cabinets (you’d never know they were ever there), demoed a large bar and built-in desk area, replaced trim, capped plumbing, and finished tile work. They also installed LVP flooring in our master bath, which turned out to be a tricky job due to bad sub-flooring and uneven transitions, but they handled it quickly and without blinking a eye. When the project was done, we actually joked that we didn’t want them to leave! We’d recommend Rob and his team to all our family and friends and can’t wait to have them back for our next project."

"I consider it a lucky day when I found Easy Living Homes through your site. We were looking to build a bathroom addition with a sauna to our ranch home. It was a big project since we had to tie into our sewer by digging to the front of the home being on a slab. We got a reasonable price from them and after meeting with Nick (The Project Manager) we decided to move forward. Nick was so attentive to every question I had and would text me immediately if I texted him. It was great customer service to say the least. Our project started in the age of COVID-19 which was a challenge for Nick, but he never made it a challenge for us. He handled all the obstacles thrown at him. It was a long journey but now we have the bathroom/sauna of our dreams. His crew was always respectful and did great work. We paid for each part of the project as we went instead of paying all at once which I really liked since I had never met him or done a project of this scale. The price he quoted me never changed at all which I found impressive. We are so happy with Nick and the rest of Easy Living Homes that we are in the process of doing additional home renovations with them. We would not use anyone else!!"

"the job took to long, was not properly cleaned up and I think the price was to high. It took 3 days to finish a 1 day job and caulking was left inside and all over my water hose and wall outside. It took over 2 hours to clean up and there is still dried up caulk inside the utility closet and the outside wall. The person doing the job could hardly walk said he had pain in his leg and said he could not bend down. He did not have any thing to clean up the mess ( rags, vacuum, etc ). There are globs of caulking in the utility closet and he could not sand all of it. This was a poor job overall and with the mess left I really feel there should be some kind of refund for this job. "TJ completed the following projects at my home: - bathroom remodel to include new vinyl plank floor, removal of tub, installation of walk-in shower and new vanity, install of exhaust fan, and painting - half bath expansion by removing closet and installation of a stand up shower (requiring cutting concrete floor for plumbing), unique tile design install, moving electrical, vinyl plank flooring install, and painting - interior and exterior door installs - expansion of utility room to include moving a wall and plumbing for washer/dryer, building out of another wall, install of plank flooring, and painting TJ is an excellent craftsman and he produced top notch work on all aspects of my projects. TJ was always timely and completed the various stages of the project within our agreed upon budget. He was very diligent while handling all the unforseen issues and last minute changes suggested by my wife with extreme professionalism. He is very knowledgeable and was able to problem solve and find solutions to problems that came up. He didn't delay or put me off. We are very happy with the work he's done for us. They would go the extra mile and never took shortcuts. I was very involved with our project, overseeing all stages of the build. Eli was the only contractor who didn't take shortcuts or try and get out of fixing a mistake. He was always willing to address any issue that came up and didn't make me feel as though I was wasting his time for asking questions and making suggestions. It is hard to find competent and trustworthy contractors these days, but Eli and his crew were instrumental in helping us finish our home. I highly recommend his services."
