"End to end was a smooth process. Hired Rich to install a runner on a flight of stairs, fully carpet another set of stairs, and replace carpet in a walk-in closet. Communication was easy and prompt. I was in a bit of a rush to get everything installed and Rich did everything he could to meet that date, which I appreciated. He also took the time to describe and show me the difference in install methods for the runner (we chose waterfall). Install day was quick and clean. At the end, I had a difference of opinion on the way the runner ended at the top of the stairs (we had cove molding under each step). Rich discussed with me, told me what he could try to do, and proceeded with no complaints. I understood why he didn’t go that route initially as it required removing molding. The finish ended up perfect."
