"Israel Garcia did a excellent job at my home. He rebuilt my porch's support structure which was sagging and close to collapse. He removed the entire flooring, rebuilt the support and leveled it. Then he reinstalled the Trex floor. He also built new stairs. He saved me a lot of money in materi and labor. He was methodical and highly efficient in his approach. Highly recommend. At the time, they saw a need for reliable and ethical home remodeling contractors that could assist homeowners with their home remodeling needs. Carolina Home Remodeling began this endeavor by focusing on windows and have since expanded their product offerings to include baths, showers, entry doors and patio doors. While our product selection may have changed, our core values have remained the same since day one.
"Had to listen to sales pitch with both my husband and I present. Gave me quote of $12000 for replacing existing tub/shower with walk-in shower. I signed contract but used 3 day cancel clause to back out. Then someone else came to talk with us and gave us quote of $8000 for basically the same shower with a minor detail change. They were prompt and finished within one day. We had a minor issue with the mixer valve on faucet not being set correctly. They came out within a day or so and fixed it. Overall, we were pleased. I just think they should have a set price. I felt like we were taken advantage of by the initial salesman."

"The work was excellent, however after the installation I discovered that I had been given very cheap product for the price I was ask to pay. I had solid and steady glass doors on the shower doors they remove. They replaced them with very cheap glass that bent like Plexiglass, I've never seen glass bend and also hung like curtains from the top only, no support on the bottom. When I told them I found the doors to be unacceptable for a senior I was told they would remove them, seal the holes and I could hang showers curtain but still pay for the shower doors they will remove. I was expecting an upgrade, instead I was given hanging glass doors for an outrageous amount. The shower makeover I ordered the salesman called it my dream shower, instead it has become a nightmare for me, I have not used this shower as I'm very afraid of using it as I may accidentally bump against the door and fall through it."
