"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"I can’t say enough good things about him! He’s polite, professional, and always comes prepared with everything needed to get the job done right. He’s fixed my washing machine, refrigerator, and oven, and every time the work has been excellent and fairly priced. I will definitely continue to call him for any appliance repairs."

"Excellent company! Honest, prompt and professional. Explained to me how the repair I needed might be available through whirlpool for free. Called whirlpool and they are fixing it for free tomorrow! Don’t know if all appliance repair companies would be this honest or just end up charging me for a repair that could have been covered by the manufacturer. Very impressed with the integrity of this company!"

"Danny was easy to communicate with and arrived on time. The repair process for my dryer went smoothly. He was very professional and affordable! I would highly recommend Danny for your appliance repair needs."

"I do not recommend Sears appliances because I have had four repair jobs on a LG refrigerator in the last two years. The guys who came out to fix my appliance were very nice. I purchased the extended warranty from them."

"We felt that we should not have had to pay 210$ for service that we had no idea was needed, as the previous technicians you have sent never advised biyearly maintenance. We could have received the same service for less money from Horizon or BGE Home !"

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."
