"We had the best experience with Brady s Construction than anyone we have ever had doing work for us! They were there whenever weather permitted. The crew was always busy removing all that needed to be done to prepare for out new porch for family functions. All were very mannerly and answered any and all questions that I or my husband had. Even the crews that were contracted out were very good at their speciality. As soon as we are able we will definitely have them back for some more renovations/upkeep! "Marcio responded quickly to my inquires. He did a great job of explaining and demonstrating the problem areas of the existing roof with photos. Marcio and his team were always prompt. (In fact, he was usually a little early.) His team was efficient and cleaned the area at the end of each day. He also provided photos of the work while it was in progress. The job was completed on time in spite of a delay caused by unexpected rain. Marcio also did some roofing work for my mother in the past. Both of us are pleased with the end result and the price."

"The work crew (2 men) completely removed and replaced all 13 windows in one day. They were clean, neat, and efficient. I recommend this company and their products."

"I sourced Copper Roofing, LLC as they came highly recommended from a dear friend. These guys are AWESOME! They ended up replacing almost every roof in my neighborhood through their referral program, which I was paid $300 per roof they installed. They specialize in Atlas chalet shingles, which are an obsolete, discontinued product which there is a current class action lawsuit against. Give them a call for all your roofing needs, tell them Mark sent you!! ?"

"They did a very good job with the roof and the addition that came off the house and covered the deck. The only reason I gave them a B rating for quality instead of an A has to do with the finishing touches on the addition. All around the house the soffit fascia is covered in white sheet metal. When they finished the addition, which follows the roof line of the back of the house. They left it with bare, untreated wood. They don't use treated lumber because it reacts with the metal roofing and some corrosion may result. That's fine, but they should have at least covered it so that it tied in with the rest of the roof line. As we did our final inspection, I asked about the wood being treated and he explained why they don't use it. I said " so I guess I'll have to cover it?" He said that I would. I was leaving town on business in a couple days and had a lot going on, so I guess I just didn't think to put my foot down and insist they do it. Here in Mobile, Alabama we are the wettest city in the nation. We get more annual rainfall than Seattle, and it's humid. Wood rot happens.I went and bought some Thompson's Water Seal, and some sheet metal and took care of it myself. I have some pictures, but I don't see how to post them on this review page. The workers were very polite and cleaned up very well each day.

"I had to have them back out and redo the tile. We've already replaced the nuts and bolts in the drawers that were falling out."
