"American Home replaced my roof and siding, porch windows and some add-on exterior lighting. One of the reasons I chose AHR was not just due to the best price, they came in line with other estimates I received, but because they included things with their final price that similar companies had as add-ons at an extra cost such as the dumpster and gutter system. I did not know what to expect as this was the first time I've had these things replaced. My rep John was awesome, he was professional, friendly and accommodating, and was able to work with me on the spot vs. "I have to check back to the owners" which I got from other companies. John was readily available by phone, text, and in person. He walked me through all the steps, timelines, and the whole process. After the crew finished, he took my list of 'nit-pick' things and made sure they were addressed. Overall I am satisfied with the job, In fact, we recommended them to our neighbors who hired them to do their siding this Spring."

"Our project was a 14' x 14' screened porch. We selected Scott SCS from other contractors based on the interview, his knowledge, understanding of the project, and communication skills. He improved our original design and made numerous suggestions during the construction process. He understood our vision of the porch and he delivered. From start to finish Scott and his work crew were always on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up the area before departing every day. I was on site watching and taking photos. So I can attest to the craftmanship and attention to detail of the crew. Every day I was informed of their plans and then I provided my thoughts, ideas, and concerns. "The flooring in my bathroom needed leveling and then vinyl laminate installed. Roberto and Eddie were efficient and thorough. I just love the result! My house has its quirks, but Roberto dealt with the issues that arose. He went above and beyond. They also replaced the medicine cabinet, and the lighting above it. Accessories like towel bars, toilet paper holder and towel ring were also installed. Great job on everything! Will definitely use Roberto’s company, AC Better Homes, in the future. "Closet expansion!! I don’t normally do reviews, but I had to share my experience with this company. OUTSTANDING WORK! Dan and Joe demolished 2 walls and rebuilt them in one day including sheet rock. From there Kyle took over the project spackling, painting and hanging the barn door. All of their work was super neat, clean, and meticulous. Frank was my salesman, and he was great. Price was very fair. John’s communication was constant and always appreciated. I also appreciated that he walked the job before and after to make sure I was happy with what I was getting.
