"I would say this is more like 4.5 but better than a 4. We had some initial hiccups and a bunch of miscommunication and dropped balls with our initial Field Manager. I think he was simply overstretched and not able to dedicate the time to the size of our project. Matrix made it right though and got us a new Field Manager named Jim and things went all as smoothly as I could have hoped afterwards. There were still some issues but they were more just part of the process and making sure everything was done right by the end of the project. Jim was amazing and he was on top of things from the moment he took over and, most importantly, he always took ownership and made sure the job got done and that it got done right. Once Jim took over, I felt confident that everything was going to turn out right and the way we had hoped. If you change the layout later, be ready to update the space so every new room still meets today’s code.
