"Bee Zee's was #3 of 4 body shops where I went for estimates  - all but one of them recommended by my insurance company and one recommended by my mechanic. All had good reviews on Angie's list. All the estimates were for the same work on my 2014 Subaru Forrester.  All the other estimates ranged from $2800 to $3200. Bee Zee's fee was $935. Why the difference? The other 3 wanted to replace the entire  back passenger door. I asked 2 of them directly why they couldn't just pull the dents out. The door functioned properly and the dents didn't seem extreme.The body shops with the high estimates said that because of the curves in the door that it would never look right if they attempted to pull the dents.  #4 estimate brought it up saying that if I didn't have the door replaced it would be a lot of bondo work and a paint job that wouldn't match. <br /> When I told Bee Zee's  what the other body shops said, the workman at Bee Zee's  assured me that they would make the door look like new without replacing it. And they did. It looks great. Also without even charging me for it  ( or me bringing it up) they replaced a small square that was knocked out of the front bumper. They were also unbelievably speedy. I took it in on Monday, Dec. 21st and they called to say it was ready late afternoon Wednesday, Dec 23. I picked it up the 24th. <br /> I have to ask were other body shops unwilling (in order to get a higher fee) or unable (their workmen only know how to swap out one part for another) to do the repair I requested? I don't know. Sometimes a much lower estimate is too good to be true but I'm glad I went with my instincts which told me that the guys at Bee Zee's knew their business. They do. I would definitely go back again if I need their services. <br />"

"I cannot express how AWESOME our experience with Sebring Services was! <br /> As background, my husband and I have owned many homes over the years, but had never undertaken any large remodeling projects.  Because of that, we had lots of questions and needed someone extremely experienced and professional. <br /> We began our search the usual way; interviewing contractors recommended from neighbors, family and even from our financial broker.  The first was shifty; did not want to do permits and insisted on being paid all in cash.  The second was a tick better, had a bigger crew but said he would work with or without permits, our choice.  The third was extremely professional, had experience with massive remodels throughout downtown Naperville homes; however he was a bit condescending whenever he answered our basic questions. <br /> Then, we joined Angie's List and found Sebring.  From the moment we met Bryan, we knew we found our guy.  He is extremely experienced and one could tell from the start he knows exactly what he is doing.  He is professional and has vast experience dealing with Naperville building regulations and permits.  He has a great personality and was extremely patient, thoroughly answering all of our questions, no matter how basic.  So we signed our contract. <br /> Then the work began and we met Percy, the Project Manager.  Another wonderful guy with all the same great traits as Bryan: professional, experienced and a nice guy.  In fact, all the guys who showed up were pleasant and professional.  Small details, like saying "Good Morning," smiling to the kids, and removing their shoes can really make a difference.  We had one day where some guys were playing their music a bit too loud.  I only had to ask once to have it turned down.  They apologized, turned it down and it was never loud again. <br /> They began with a timeline showing us exactly step by step what they intended to do and when.  And, amazingly enough, they stuck to the schedule!   This was extremely important as we have a little one at home and I needed to know which days would be loud so that I could arrange to be gone the whole day.  Their promptness and reliability made it much easier to live in the house during this construction. <br /> Bottom Line: Sebring is amazing.  So amazing, in fact, we are going to hire them again to do some work upstairs.  Do yourself a favor and call these guys.  You will not be disappointed."
