"Tom S. Was extremely curious and on time for our appointment! He did a thorough inspection and measurement of our roof providing us with several pricing options. We were ready to replace our roof and were provided sample brochures to select our color from. Tom answered all our questions concerning differences and warranties available. The ELO office and Tom provided us with timely notifications of when our materials were to be ordered and a request to verify the colors just to be sure there were no mistakes. The materials were on site in a week, with a dumpster. The crew showed up just like they scheduled with us and performed the removal and reinstall in two days. They cleaned up immaculately and ran a magnet around the house to pick up any nails the tarps didnâ t catch. All of the crew from delivery to install were courteous and kind. For us we would definitely recommend ELO Roofing to anyone. Great value, great quality."

I reached out to Jackie and she rallied the troops (while she was on vacation!!) and got someone from her team to rush over and caulk a compromised spot on the roof, which kept us dry until the new roof was put on. "Salesman did his homework and inspected all areas including entire attic. He listened to our needs and expectations. Explained in detail scope of work that needed to be done with detailed pricing for a/c, new duct work and electrical work. Also gave detailed information regarding procedures for rebates and timelines from GRU.
They spent one day removing the old duct work and equipment, the second day was spent installing the new duct work.
There was a one day delay in the completion because one worker was sick, however, the crew returned on the next day and completed the installation. This involved completing the connection of all the new duct work and return air lines and installing the compressor and completing the hookup and start up.
At the end of the installation we were given very thorough instruciton on the operation of the system. The project manager who supervised the project came by every day and checked on the progress of the installation. He also conveyed any concerns we had to the supervisor and everything was executed to our satisfaction. Crew was pleasant and cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the product.

Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."
