Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. "Brooks, Gail, and the team were wonderful throughout the entire process.  We met Gail (the Landscape Designer) at the Home and Garden Show and booked an appointment.  Gail came out on time and, right from the start, was already thinking of things in a way we couldn't have even imagined.  She took what we wanted and drew it up by hand and presented it to us in person.  She blew us out of the water.  We never would've been able to come up with anything close to that on our own.  We gave her a budget and she stuck to it.  She gave us options and wanted for us to just enjoy what we would have and not price us out of our neighborhood.  She listened to what we wanted and needed and then gave us so much more! <br /> They actually were able to start earlier than expected.  The job took a couple days longer than planned simply due to poor weather.  But it doesn't even matter.  Our yard started out as mud pit.  We never went out there.  Now, it's a paradise and we can't stay away!  Brooks, the owner, was on the job each day and he wanted nothing more than for us to be happy.  We actually purchased and built a pergola before they started, and they installed it for us.  They worked late more than once to make sure they were staying on track.
