I got a quote for just the shower and one for the entire bathroom. We decided to replace just the shower. I received weekly phone calls updating me on when they could start. They were able to start earlier than anticipated and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. I was trying to coordinate this from another state and they did a great job taking pictures and staying in touch. The shower looks amazing."

"This was the third time we have hired Val from Irish Accents and Renovations. The first time we hired Val was for a master bath downstairs, this time he did a renovation of one of our upstairs baths. He was originally recommended to us by friends at work. When we hired him the first time, we did our due diligence: got multiple reviews, checked references, etc. Now he is our go to guy for work. He is versatile, has an eye for detail and has high standards for his work. He is personable, responsive and welcomes discussion and collaboration. With this remodel, he demo'd the tile floor, portions of drywall and wainscoting and removed the vanity and fixtures. He opened a wall to inspect the plumbing, and removed the entry door. He installed a new tile floor over a waterproof underlayment (Schluter system), installed a new vanity, wainscoting and trim and reinstalled fixtures. Additionally he installed a new pocket door to ease entry to the bathroom. This required a consult with a structural engineer and at his direction the construction of a box header in the attic above the door, which Val completed without difficulty. He also completed some electrical work required by the pocket door and installed a new outlet, replaced the bathroom vent fan, installed new exhaust vent piping and painted the entire room, including ceiling. He is honest and provides cost estimates based on labor and advises on finishes while keeping your costs in mind. As I mentioned, this is the third time we have hired Val. At our recommendation he also did a major renovation of our neighbors master bath. Finally, Val is on site and does much if not all of the work himself. Val will be our first and only call when we consider future projects."

"I experienced serious water damage in my condominium from faulty pipes in an adjoining unit last year. The water had been leaking for some time and damaged walls and floors in the kitchen and guest bathroom next door. It is the type of incident that can quickly become a nightmare and required remediation and significant work. I selected Titan Contracting because Erik Quam was highly recommended. He followed-up with me quickly and provided a detailed, comprehensive estimate. The work was fairly extensive and included hanging and finishing drywall in the kitchen, hallway and guest bathroom, as well as removing and replacing underlayment and subfloor. His team did a very nice job with the flooring, including laying tile in the kitchen and both bathrooms. The quality and professionalism of the work were really excellent and I adapted the work requirements and had the Titan team complete the other work I had planned for the unit, including: fixing all the kitchen cabinets/hinges/ drawers, install new kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher) and rework the guest bath with a new vanity.
