"from scheduling the service call to inspect my noisy tank water heater to installing the tankless water heater, Atomic keeps the customer well-informed throughout. no hidden pricing; everything quoted and itemized up front and high-quality worksmanship. this was performed in mid-July...the least i could do was keep them hydrated with water and popsicles, and they just kept on truckin'. great ethic and dedication to their profession! Drained down and removed old tank type water heater in attic. Built wall in attic for new Navien tankless water heater. Once wall was built mounted new unit. Ran new section of gas line with new regulator to tankless. Connected water lines. Ran new pvc vent line through roof. Once everything was installed turned unit on to test. "Big Dave and his helper installed a 50 gal LP gas Hot Water heater at my residence on Nov.26, 2025. He picked up the Heater and all necessary equipment needed to install and disposed of the old one. He arrived at the time he said he would and was very neat in his work as evidenced by covering the walkway to the water heater closet with canvas, Picking up all the used parts and carrying them off. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him to anyone . His price for the job was discussed at the onset and their were no hidden charges. His price was competitive and I would re hire him for any of my plumbing and gas issues."

"I got quotes from 4 other companies. Worley's was the only one who looked for and found the water shut off valve behind a shelving unit in my garage. They were very detail oriented. The man who found the turn off valve asked about my water heater. Where was it. He decided that the updated code required a tank to be installed above the water heater. When they did the job of replacing the water line in my front yard, they also put box with a turn off valve in the ground in front of my home. They were very neat and cleaned up after the job was done. All of the men who came here to work were very polite, nice guys."

"The salesperson, Chris, was great, as were the installers, Laura and Eric. I like that the company does background checks."
