He will return at my convenience to do a little more. We have had great luck with our floors and both he and I decided it was not the product but rather how my house had moved. At first, we were only going to do the upstairs bedrooms and baths, but after seeing how great of job they did, we decided to let them install this same materials on the first floor. The result is PHENOMENAL. Every joint between each plank was tightly fit together, zero gap. Yuri is THE MAN. We also had them sand and re-stain steps for our staircase to match the flooring. "The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."
