"I called on March 2nd about 6:30 in the evening for an emergency call to reset the garage door because a roller had come off. The guy arrived about 9:50 p.m.  It took him less than 30 minutes which was great.  He told me they needed to come back to complete the job to replace all the rollers and we agreed that Saturday was best and he would let the dispatcher know.  No one contacted me for that Saturday appointment.  I waited a few days and then forgot about it because I was going out of town.  When I got back in town a week later, I called and was given an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on the 17th.  The person setting the appointment told me it was a firm appointment time.   Due to my work schedule, I had a friend come over to my house to give the repairman access to the garage. The repairman didn't show up until NOON.  I called to complain to a manager at the company but was put on hold for so long that I hung up.  I never spoke to a manager.  The cost for this job was $400 which I paid the night of the emergency repair.  I paid by check.  Had I known what the service would be like, I would have paid by credit card so I could contest the charge and the service.  I will not be using this company again.  The work product is good but the punctuality and professionalism for the price speaks volumes. Hence, the poor marks."

He is very professional and easy to work with. He also shows a great deal of respect for your home by covering furniture that may get dusty/dirty with plastic and cleaning up after the job. Repairs done include: -Installing dry wall -Installing baseboards -Installing window casings -Painting We are very happy with the quality of the work, as well as the efficiency and pricing. "The spring on my attic stair assembly was broken and the stairs would not stay up without screwing it shut. It was not repairable. Phillip showed up on time with his assistant and was very pleasant and professional. They replaced the stair assembly with a metal one that can be repaired if there is a problem. They also put in a new attic door in the ceiling and painted everything. I was totally happy with their work and will be using them for a laundery list of handyman and honey-do jobs. They do everything except garage doors.

"Rob and his team are truly amazing! They came in and efficiently installed a root block in our backyard on a Thursday. The following Tuesday they returned and installed a drainage system for our backyard with three catch basins and run off into the street. In the front yard they cut the grass into sod pieces before digging the trench and when finished replaced the grass making it almost imperceptible that they had done the job. Rob is an encyclopedia of information about trees and landscaping and he is always willing to share what he knows. I highly, highly recommend hiring him and his team (some of whom have been with him 16 years) He is honest, knowledgeable, and very fairly priced!"

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."

"Jose brought a team and they began working on replacing the smoke detectors, replacing the diverter and tub stopper - which turned into a trial as the diverter was an old piece and he had to go all over town to find a replacement. He installed electrical GFCI outlets in the kitchen, two baths, one in garage and one outside - and went above and beyond by replacing the receptacle housings as well. He also found a leak behind the tub and repaired it after asking permission. the cost was very reasonable and it would have cost me three times as much with a plumber. I would use Jose again and have recommended him to my realtor and other friends. Great job!"
