While his crews were busy in other parts of the city, Mike personally stopped by within 20 minutes of the call and located the buried water supply value to the whole sprinkler system (that no one knew anything about!) and shut it off, so we could get turn the house supply water back on and take our showers. He is sending his crew within the next 24 hours to replace the leaking PVC pipe supplying the sprinkler system. I was extremely impressed by Mike's customer orientation and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to get me up and running! "I had problems in our back yard with water pooling during heavy rainfall and was concerned about possible flooding of our house and garage.  We have a pool and concrete patio, so I knew this was not going to be an easy fix.

Rob came out and spent about 2 hours looking over our situation and talking about options.  After he left, he came up with a single plan with components so we could proceed one step at a time, then wait and evaluate the success of that step or do a number of steps at once. 

Since we we were very concerned about the possibility of flooding, we elected to proceed with regrading, adding an exterior drainage line from the garage to the street, replacing an existing line from the house to the street, adding catch basins and re-grading areas around the house and garage.

The work was done at the days and times arranged; the crew was very considerate and professional and the work was beautiful.  

Most importantly, we have had several very heavy rainfalls and the solutions we had implemented by Works By Rob are performing as well as we had hoped.   We had no accumulation of water and no worries!"

"ArborTrue is a wonderful company. Last year Brad Phillips inspected my old river birch. Heat stressed. I did exactly what he told me to do. Responded beautifully! This year he had to come back out. City dug a trench on the other side of the fence for a huge natural gas pipeline. It sealed its fate as it was near the end of its city life. Brad sent Fabian, Joel and Anthony out in about a week as a new fence install was about to happen! Fascinating to watch. Very professional and so careful in this dangerous job. Cleaned job site well. Avoided hurting equipment like AC’s etc. I would highly recommend this company. Exceeded my expectations and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends."

"We contracted for this work in June 2014.  At the time, HRR Services was doing other work on our home, and Phillip (the manager) encouraged my husband to use HRR for the A/C replacement.  We were told that the replacement would be in after a week, two weeks at the most.  Because we were assured a quick installation and were told that the installation would not interfere with the other work going on at the house, we agreed.  We went through almost all of July, over a month, before the new unit was installed.  And this happened only after I followed up multiple times with Phillip.  Phillip first told me that his installer was busy, and then wasn't returning phone calls.  Phillip ended up using one of his crew members to install the unit.  Though the installation went smoothly, it took away from time that the crew could have been spending on the other repairs to the house. And after the unit was installed it needed repairs.  Those were addressed promptly after we notified HRR.
HRR would receive a better rating overall if not for the significant delay in installation and the unreliability of its outside AC installer.  We did like the crew member (Marcus) who ended up performing the installation."
