We were afraid that this would affect the closing date for the sale of our house. I call Michael D. McCollom with M & M Roofing at 8:15 AM and he was here at 11:00 AM to inspect. Mike sent over a “near-by” crew and they completed the repairs by 2:00 PM. Mike had installed the roof about six years ago. The repairs were done under their warranty. We were out of town while the repairs took place, but roof Services kept me informed of the progress, or lack of progress because of the rain. Although he'd told me they couldn't get to the job because of the rain, we got a break in the weather, and Roof Services came over during a sunny period. It should have been replaced but was not. I DO NOT fault the company owner but believe it was his workers who ignored the rot. I have not contacted Tony as it is my fault for not doing a better job of inspection at the time. I WOULD USE TONY AGAIN and don't believe he would tolerate this lack of workmanship. But I would watch the crew and do a thorough inspection from in the attic."
