If you use Liam Neary Construction you will be using these terms and smiling as you tell others about your amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof with water coming in through the chimney. The water came into the utilitiy room creating a mini swimming pool and the hot water tank shut down. Liam came out within an hour of my phone call got my water running showed me how to clean the sensor for the future and reset the hot water tank. He scheduled to come out later that day to replace flashing on the roof to hopefully fix the problem. Unfortunately for me, it was not the full resolution. In the next rainstorm, I got water in the chimney again and reached out to Liam. This time it was a saturday and was thinking I might see him at the start of the work week or need to pay crazy money just to get him to show up. This was not my experience he showed up in 2 hours reviewed what he had done and come up with a new solution. He determined that the chimney needed some additional work and adjusted the price because of the original work that he had done correctly, but did not solve the problem completely. US pro painting did a wonderful job with flawless painting, reinstallation of lower cabinets and installation of new curio glass cabinets. JR, the owner, was very cooperative, and provided photos at each step of the renovation, since we were away during that time. If we have a painting or renovation project, we will use them again."

"James, Derek, Jose and the rest of the DiOrio team were great to work with. We hired DiOrio for a total full bathroom gut job - full demolition down to the studs and then renovation. As part of the process, we procured multiple quotes. James and Derek provided a rough estimate on the spot and then gave us the most transparency through the contract. They were quick to work with and get the contract sorted and signed. Pricing was fair and competitive. Once the project started, communication was great. Our project went on longer than anticipated as we added multiple things in the middle and worked with Boston's inspection process and they were always great managing the project, the contacts, subs, etc. They worked with at each step to ensure we were happy with how things were progressing. James was hands-on throughout the entirety of the project - from start to finish. His attention to detail is fantastic - particularly in the tile work, which was beautiful (despite us having a complicated pattern request). Toward the end of the project, he worked weekends and stayed late to we could get things done within a certain timeline. At one point in the project there was a hiccup from one of the specialists and Derek immediately reached out to us to ensure they would take care of everything. Totally seamless and I really appreciated that their long relationships with the people they worked with gave us security we wanted for the job as a whole. Totally trustworthy and thoughtful around all our kids, pets, home, and yard. They clearly put a lot of thought into the contract which includes all details, so be sure you understand what the finished product will be so there are no surprises.
