"The plumber was scheduled to come on 4/23 between 1:00 and 3:00p.m. At 1:00p.m. I got a call saying that the plumber would not be able to come until 4/24 as he was delayed at a previous call. He arrived promptly at 9:00a.m. the next morning. One toilet would not flush properly. He repaired that toilet. The other toilet ran on occasion. He replaced the fill valve. On occasion it still runs."

"Eric did a great job especially adapting new hardware for the sink to the existing plumbing (house is 60 years old). Happy with the work performed."

"The work was excellent, they were professional and responsive. Jack Pumphrey is their regular plumber, and he was the one who came to install the pipe for me."

"Company and owner were very responsive to a request for a cracked pipe repair. I did not use them on this occasion, but I will not hesitate to make them the first company I call in the future.

"We needed to replace a toilet, James went with us to Home Depot to select one. We now have a water efficient and higher seated toilet, which is great for aging relatives that can’t bend so easily anymore. I would definitely hire/contract him again!"

"The information provided on the first phone call was detailed on the process of re-glazing and the prices. Work started promptly and was finished in about 3 1/2 hours. The bathtub looks new again. The man who did the work was very professional. I did have to call them due to some sharp points on the non-slip surface, however, they came back out in a couple of days to buff out the points and re-apply a coat to the bottom of the tub. Now it's perfect! THANKS!"

"Mr. Fama had not remembered or written down the appointment time and so came to my house before I got home. Once that was straightened out, he worked very hard to remove my old stubborn faucet and installed my new one. He made sure that it was installed correctly and there were no leaks."

"Fidel was very professional and provided quality repair on a hole in my ceiling and restoring a coat closet. He arrived on time and did a nice job cleaning up his work space."

"The plumber (Mr. Vinh) arrived on location, looked at the area and gave estimate. Replaced two exterior faucets, had all tools and supplies to complete the job. The faucets was ripped out of the side of the house by family pet, 250 lbs. English Mastiff. Faucets were replaced and re-enforced and secured to ensure the problem will not happen again."
