He checked out the property inside and out to and talked with me to determine what my needs were and where the cameras and spotlight should go. Again, no pressure, no BS, no "sell," just presenting information honestly and knowledgeably. His firm estimate came in $200 under the phone estimate. The install went very smoothly. He and his assistant Josh were very professional and polite. Not a single hole had to be made in any walls, he ran everything through the attic and then straight to the outside.
