When I called the office And explained my personal situation, they put me In touch with the owner, on his day off. He was on a boat in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay! He walk me through a process that worked. He thenanswered a number of follow-up questions Based on the layout of my house which he remembered from a visit to years ago! I asked him to be sure to send me a bill. He said no! I then called the office back to thank them, and ask them to send me a bill. They also said no! I cannot recommend this firm highly enough."

"Converted tub to shower, 1 day installation! Professional from start to finish, it was very smooth working with them. I appreciated how thorough and transparent they were in regards to pricing and timeline of the whole project. Not the cheapest of the contractors I got quotes from but their labor and materials came with warranty and 1 day installation was worth the cost. Plus, their quote was still a bit cheaper than other well known national brands that offer similar service. Highly recommend Renken!"

From the initial consultation to final walkthrough everything went smoothly and pretty seamlessly. Erkay is a fabulous project manager and was available onsite daily to assist Ismar and team as well as field any questions (even by text). Ismar and his team tackled everything from demo, tub installation, tile, plumbing, countertop installation, cabinet installation, hardware installation PERFECTLY. Those are some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen. I was impressed daily. Everything turned out amazing, we can’t wait to have them back to do another bathroom. Highly recommend. Cost is about on point with what it should be."

"It went superbly. The team (a husband and wife) were wonderful, easily the finest and most responsible contractors we have ever used. Everyone from owner on down were easy to work with and professional. We were out of town for a portion of the project and had no problem at all with allowing the folks access to our house while we were gone. Their work was excellent and one of the most impressive things is the time they spent cleaning up the work site at the end of every day. "Sam and Chad did a wonderful job clearing the tub drain, installing new faucets in the bathrooms, installing a new shower head, and other projects. They double checked their work and answered any questions I had. While they need to come back next week to do a small part of the whole project, they were honest about what piece of equipment they thought would work, but would not. They were efficient, professional, and pleasant to be around. They made my day."
